Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these applies, please contact us at support@bigdripedu.com with photos of wrong or damaged items, and we’ll take care of it for you.

We do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size fits best, review our sizing charts—each item listed in our store includes one in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please contact us at support@bigdripedu.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
